I think the most dangerous thing when you choose go for post-x and critical theories, is you will have a pre-position that there is a sin in power and money, especially its combination, which is almost inevitable in this monetized world — theory of sin and guilt, not of love and compassion. This ultimate reductive presumption might easily neglect the nuanced mechanism, the richness and complexity inside social relations. It even exploits the subjectivity, agency and joy in real life, and become a biased view composed of politics and negativity. I would prefer to strike for a balance, a middle way. But how?
